I bought a new almirah from there on 15th Dec and at the same time wanted to get just one rack of old almirah replaced. Delievery of new almirah was done on same day so thumbs up for that but today is 28Dec22 when the repair was done. We called multiple times and everytime we got hear "oh slipped from mind" or "sending a man to get done". Finally that day has arrived but this experience showed that the owner is not a man of words, just imagine what if someone had ordered for marriage purpose or such event it would have been an embarassing situation for him/her. A big learning for me not to buy or refer this shop to anyone.
